Details

Each time your subscription continues for another month, we send one note asking about your experience. The question changes with the month — at 1 month what confused you at first, at 3 months how your habits changed, at 6 months what results you saw. Never twice in the same month. Leaving a review is **not required and not rewarded** — nothing happens if you don't, and nothing is given if you do. Your review helps others choose. Months are counted over an **unbroken run**. If you take a break and come back, the count starts again.
