funding rate is the cost of crowding in perpetual futures — extreme positive = longs overheated, extreme negative = shorts overheated. Open interest (OI) rising while price stalls means positions are stacking, and when one side breaks, the liquidation cascade grows. Squeeze candidates are symbols where the overheated side conflicts with money flow. These are hourly bot scan snapshots (latest 9/2 22:50 KST).
