What is Breakeven (BE)?

Basics

본절 (BE)

Moving the stop to the entry price so that the trade can no longer lose money. Short for Break Even. Applied after some profit has built up, it turns the worst case from a loss into no loss. Moving it too early, however, can get the trade stopped out by a normal pullback and miss the move, so it helps to set a rule in advance for when the move will be made.
