쿨다운 (Cooldown)

A waiting period imposed after a loss before entering the same instrument again. It builds into the rule a pause over the stretch in which the urge to win it back is strongest. It is not a matter of judgment ability; it rests on the premise that anyone's judgment wavers right after a loss.
