What is Golden Cross?

Basics

골든크로스

When a short-period trendline crosses above a long-period trendline from below. It means the recent average price has moved above the older average, which suggests the flow may have turned upward. In sideways ranges the two lines stay close together and cross repeatedly, so reliability drops. It is a general term widely used in the market.
