What is HTF (Higher Timeframe)?

Charts

HTF (Higher Timeframe)

A larger time unit than the one currently being viewed. The larger the unit, the more participants it involves and the longer a single candle takes to form, so its direction changes less easily. The usual order is therefore to set the direction on the larger unit and find the timing on the smaller one.
