What is Market Order?

Basics

시장가 주문

An order that does not specify a price and is filled immediately against the quotes currently posted. Execution is nearly guaranteed, but the price is not. When the book is thin, the order eats through several levels and slippage grows. It is used when one must exit during a sharp move; used out of habit for ordinary entries, cost keeps leaking away.
