What is Operating Cash Flow?

Basics

영업현금흐름

The net flow of cash a company actually earned and spent in its core business. It is calculated from book net income by adding back non-cash expenses such as depreciation and reflecting changes in receivables and inventory. If profit is reported but operating cash flow stays low, it may mean the money earned has not yet arrived as cash, so it is read in comparison with net income.
