What is PBR?

Advanced

PBR

The share price divided by net asset value per share. A value below 1 means the stock trades for less than its book value. However, book value and actual liquidation value can differ, and in business models with few assets the value itself carries little meaning. A low value alone cannot be taken as undervaluation.
