What is Position Sizing?

Advanced

포지션 사이징

A method that first decides the amount one can afford to lose, then divides that amount by the distance to the stop to get the quantity. If the stop is far the quantity shrinks, and if the stop is near the quantity grows, so the amount lost on failure is the same for any instrument. If the quantity is decided first and the stop attached afterwards, risk varies from instrument to instrument and the cumulative result cannot be managed.
