What is Signal?

신호 (Signal)

A notification that a set condition has been met. Meeting the condition means the odds have improved slightly, not that the outcome is guaranteed. Only when the condition is fixed as numbers can hits be scored afterwards, and a notification that is not scored cannot be improved.
