What is Watch Level?

A reference price for which the things to check are written down in advance, for when price reaches it. Reaching that price does not in itself mean action; it is a marker prompting a check of what needs to be checked. It is written down beforehand because, at the moment price is actually moving, there is no time to build a judgment from scratch.
