Bitcoin halving countdown

A Bitcoin halving cuts the mining reward in half roughly every 210,000 blocks (about four years). The previous halving was in April 2024 (the 4th); depending on block pace, the next one is estimated for First half of 2028. The countdown above uses the estimated date; the actual timing may differ.
