What is Survivorship Bias?

Statistics

생존자 편향

An error in which a conclusion is drawn by looking only at what has survived to the present, making results look better. Instruments that disappeared and failed cases drop out of the sample. A test that excludes delisted instruments is typical, and advice that collects only success stories has the same structure.
